Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of this website and participation in the Orange Evolution Summit ("the Event") organized by Orange Insurance Broker ("Orange", "we"). By submitting your registration or attending the Event you accept these Terms in full.

1. Nature of the Event

The Orange Evolution Summit is an educational and networking event aimed at licensed health insurance agents in the United States. Attendance is by invitation only and is subject to prior approval by the organizer. The date and location of the Event will be communicated to approved attendees; refer to the main page for current information.

2. Registration and eligibility

To register for the Event you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a licensed health insurance agent (with a valid NPN) or a special guest authorized by Orange.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when filling out the form.
  • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Orange reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any registration request at its sole discretion and without obligation to state a reason, particularly when there is false or inconsistent information, inappropriate conduct, or capacity has been reached.

3. Access code

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with a unique access code and a QR code. The code:

  • Is personal and non-transferable; it can only be used by the registered person.
  • Will be verified at entry. The bearer's identity may be checked against an official document.
  • Has no monetary value and may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
  • Improper use (sharing, duplicating, selling) is grounds for denial of access without refund.

4. Conduct during the Event

By attending the Event you agree to:

  • Comply with the venue's rules and the instructions of Event staff.
  • Respect the dress code communicated in the approval email.
  • Not discriminate, harass, or engage in violence (verbal or physical) against other attendees, staff, or speakers. We apply a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
  • Not record, photograph, or broadcast for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
  • Not bring weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous objects.

Orange may remove from the Event without notice anyone who breaches these rules, with no right to refund or compensation.

5. Image and Event content

During the Event we may take photographs and videos for promotional, internal communication, and marketing purposes. By attending you authorize the capture and use of your image in these materials, unless you expressly indicate otherwise by emailing info@orangeevolutionsummit.com before the Event.

The content (presentations, materials, and recordings) produced by Orange and its speakers is the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

6. Changes and cancellation

Orange may modify the date, location, agenda, or any aspect of the Event due to operational reasons, safety, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify changes through the channels available to us (email to the applicant) with reasonable advance notice.

If the Event is canceled in its entirety for reasons not attributable to Orange, no monetary compensation will be provided. Attendees may be invited to the next edition.

7. Limitation of liability

Orange is not responsible for:

  • Damage or loss of personal items during the Event.
  • Injuries arising from the attendee's failure to comply with venue safety rules.
  • Opinions and content expressed by invited speakers, which do not necessarily reflect the official position of Orange Insurance Broker.
  • Disruptions of external services (transportation, lodging, connectivity).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange's total liability to an attendee, for any cause, is limited to the declared registration value (which for this Event is USD $0, as it is a complimentary invitation-only event).

8. Website and digital services

This website is provided "as is". Orange strives to keep it available and free of errors but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

It is prohibited to attempt to compromise the platform's security, perform reverse engineering, automated scraping, denial of service, or any unauthorized access.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your registration request or attendance after a change implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
